I had a wonderful experience at this 5-star boutique property. The hotel lobby was clean and appealing, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Bianca, the receptionist, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room itself was large, comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The balcony offered a generous view of the harbour, and the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic and kept my teenagers happy. The location was excellent, with easy access to Queen Street and all the city centre tourist attractions.
All was perfect! 😄

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the harbour bridge and ferries coming and going. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and made sure our beds were made up, even providing a port a cot for our baby girl. It made traveling with a baby so much easier! We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely come back for another stay.
We recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

Located in the heart of the city, around the commercial bay area and very near to the port, this hotel's location is hard to beat. The spacious rooms offer great views and well-equipped kitchens. The staff is also welcoming and accommodating.
The hotel could do better with its cleanliness standards, as the rooms were not very clean upon arrival, according to some guests.

Our stay at The Sebel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that we had a memorable experience. They even took the time to inform us about the road works in the area, which was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us easy access to explore the city. Our room, a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, was well-equipped and had stunning views. We were particularly impressed with the size of the apartment, as it comfortably accommodated our group of four. The overall level of customer service we received, alongside the great room size and location, made our stay truly enjoyable.
Although we had a few minor drawbacks, such as a lack of information about parking prior to our arrival and difficulty finding the hotel due to road works, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Despite these small inconveniences, we highly recommend The Sebel Quay West Auckland.
